4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, fees, and billing cycles are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Content we create on your behalf (reports, copy, strategies) belongs to you upon full payment. Our proprietary processes, templates, and methodologies remain the property of Yaar Digital.

Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client engages in behaviour that violates these Terms.
